Join the great journey of PROfeel! We search for an experienced, growth-minded and result driven Business Manager for PROfeel international team, located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki!

This position offers you an opportunity to work with a growing star brand and business and lift it to the new heights! Your main responsibility is to manage and drive business and portfolio development of Valio PROfeel in Finland and on international markets.  

We search for a business-oriented, agile and growth-minded team-mate, who notices the possibilities and brings them into life! To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to independently identify and pursue plans and actions in line with plans and targets. You know how to take the lead and manage projects in matrix.  

Your responsibilities include: 

• Manage and develop PROfeel business in a results-driven way 
• Identify and develop future business opportunities 
• Create and execute PROfeel business plans 
• Lead NPD projects and work closely with both internal as well as external stakeholders  

Requirements: 

• Strategic, business-oriented thinking and analytical skills
• Successful track record in leading and developing business cases 
• Experience in project management and working in matrix 
• Growth-driven mentality, result oriented, self-driven 
• Can-do-attitude, resilient and ability to work under pressure 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and inspire others 
• Excellent communication and language skills: fluent Finnish and English 
• Relevant education and proven track record from a similar position  
• Readiness for travelling
